Recently, I got in contact with a company called DoDo Lashes. The company kindly sent me their mink lashes in the style ‘D105’ for me to try out. At first, I was really skeptical about the brand because, come on, mink lashes for $5? They took around 2 weeks to get to me, but I was genuinely surprised at how well they looked.

Now to the actual review of the lashes…

There are a few pros and cons to these lashes.When I saw the track for the lash, I was a little concerned because it looked pretty thick. If I were to wear these lashes with no eyeliner, it would give the illusion or look of eyeliner in my opinion. I used my usual glue (which never disappoints), and the edges of the lashes started to come off. I reapplied the lashes and they seemed to stay better. Something I noticed was that the inner corner would dig into my eye and cause it to be irritated. The actual style of the lashes are pretty incredible. They are so wispy and give off such a natural look. The overall issue I had with the lashes was the edge of the track. I wore the eyelashes a couple days later and realized what the issue was. The edges of the lashes were a little longer which caused the irritation. I simply cut the edge of the lashes off and the strip was perfect! I wore these lashes to the rodeo and they stayed on the whole time and I felt no irritation whatsoever.

My advice is to simply cut the edges of the lashes off if you notice that they bother you. Other than that, they are simply such a perfect natural lash. I’m considering buying a big lot of these for my makeup clients. The biggest pro is probably the price. Mink lashes can go for $30 + easily. Overall, I’m for it! For the price, these lashes are pretty great. I’ve bought so many different lashes from various brands that just don’t cooperate at all. For the small issue that these lashes had, I’d still recommend them to someone!
